🔤 Custom License Plate

Item Description:

Request a custom license plate for one owned vehicle. Plate text must be realistic, RP-appropriate, and approved by staff.

Conditions:

  • Cosmetic only

  • One vehicle per purchase

  • Subject to staff approval

Custom license plates do not provide anonymity, immunity from law enforcement, or RP protection of any kind.

🔓 Unban Appeal 

Item Description (Tebex-Compliant):

Submit a paid unban appeal for administrative review. This purchase covers processing time only and does not guarantee reinstatement.

Conditions:

  • One appeal per ban

  • Staff decision is final

  • Repeated violations may result in permanent removal

🧹 Character Wipe Review

Item Description:

Request an administrative review of a character wipe. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the reason for the wipe.

Conditions:

  • Not applicable to wipes caused by exploits or cheating

  • RP justification may be required

  • One request per wipe

This service does not override disciplinary actions or staff rulings.

📝 Character Name Change

Item Description:

Request a character name change. New names must follow realistic RP naming standards.

Conditions:

  • One character per purchase

  • Subject to staff approval

Disclaimer:

Name changes do not remove criminal history, RP consequences, or ongoing investigations.

🎫 Discord Ticket Instructions (Required)

After Purchase Instructions:

After completing your purchase, open a ticket in the DarkFrisson RP Discord under #support-tickets.

Include the following:

  • Tebex Transaction ID

  • Discord Username

  • In-game Character Name

  • Details of your request (plate text, name change, appeal statement, etc.)

Processing Time:

Requests are typically reviewed within 24–72 hours. Processing time may vary depending on staff availability.

⏳ Cooldown Policy

  • Custom License Plate: 30 days per player

  • Character Name Change: 30 days per character

  • Unban Appeal: One purchase per ban

  • Character Wipe Review: One request per wipe

Cooldowns are enforced to ensure fairness and RP integrity.

💳 Refund Policy 

All purchases are final.

No refunds will be issued for denied requests, rule violations, or failure to meet approval requirements.

Digital services are non-refundable once reviewed or processed.
